ServeNet is not a volume website provider; rather, we provide individualized service to select websites at a fair price. Website owners are responsible for the maintenance and backup of their site. To do this each site is provided with an FTP account for maintenance of the site.
Each website is charged a one time setup fee in addition to the monthly charge. Websites are billed quarterly in advance.
We provide a DSL VPN service at a variety of speeds using PacBell/Verizon/Covad.

ISDN and dialup services are available in the Los Angeles area for as low as
$25/month.
Price varies depending on the task. Normal fees are $150/hr for an analyst/programmer and around $100/hr. for machine/software installation repair or upgrade.
ServeNet is committed in simple effective website design; we are not techno-freaks. The goal of website design should be to get your message across, not be a demonstration site for all the technology of the web. This means that sites designed here will be more cost effective, easier to maintain, and accessible to a larger number of potential customers.
Our policy is to pair you up with one of our designers. They will do the art part of the design while working with you to express what you want your site to say. At the same time they'll teach you how to maintain and change things on your site, so you can maintain it yourself.
If you commit to placing your web site with us, ServeNet gives a discount on the website design, creation, and maintenance costs. The cost is only $70/hr, otherwise it is $100/hr. You will have to buy your own web maintenance tools. We offer a discount on the maintenance software if you do your web design with us.
Cost varies depending on your needs and the size of your proposed network. We would be happy to look at your budget and needs and propose a cost-effective network solution.
We'll buy the equipment, configure it, wire your site, and install the software and hardware. We provide a one-stop shop to buy your whole intranet.
After we install your network, we'll be be happy to stand behind it. We offer software/hardware maintenance contracts to keep you up and running.
